"Broken Hearted Hoover Fixer Sucker Guy"

I'm not really sure where to begin this entry. I'm pretty sure it's just going to feel like a tornado with information strewn all over, but rest assured it's like a fine braid... there are a few pieces you need in order to make it happen, but once you do you can rubberband it at the end and it looks good and makes sense. lol

Once. That is the name of a movie that I heart so much! The first time I ever watched this movie, I was so taken by it that I immediately (and when I say immediately, I mean I within 30 seconds of the credits rolling I was over to my purse getting out my credit card and walking back to my laptop ready to shop) went online and started looking for cds by Glen Hansard. I found them. I bought them. I love them. I have Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova as The Swell Season. I have The Frames. I have the soundtrack to Once. I don't know how to describe the music except that it touches my soul in such a strong way. It pulls at me and twists my emotions and makes me yearn.

Moving right along. Forgetting Sarah Marshall. It is officially one of my favorite movies. I have watched it so many times and I always laugh. (You know it's a good comedy if I actually laugh and it's not because I'm laughing at corny jokes.) Well after watching it I became a big fan of Jason Segel. I couldn't wait to see I Love You Man simply because he was in it. (Okay, so I've also had a thing for Paul Rudd since he was in Clueless. Moving right along...)

And now the third strand of my "braid". Twilight. Well, not really Twilight, but Vampires. As you know from my previous entry I'm reading the book. And it reminded me of the Vampire Musical from Forgetting Sarah Marshall. So I started surfing the internet and came across the best youtube video ever.

And with that I now share with you.... Glen Hansard, Marketa Irglova, AND Jason Segel.

Ta-Da!!!

Seriously. Click on the link. Watch the video. I'm not a youtube fanatic. I generally don't share this kind of stuff with people because that would involve me actually frequenting youtube.
Watch, listen to the lyrics. Enjoy. I did.

I LOVE Glen Hansard! He is so awesome! His music does suck you in! I got to see the Swell Season in concert this year and meet Glen after the show. He is such a great person!

I love forgetting Sara Marshall as well.

That video of Jason with the Swell Season is so great. Love it. My friend was at that show. I am so jealous. My show was the night before this one.
